A little quiet from here

Hello everyone!A few of you have written, worried about our family after hearing of the recent outbreak of tornadoes in our area of Alabama. I wanted to take just a minute to thank you all for your prayers, and your concern for our family. We are doing well.

On Wednesday of last week we rode out countless storms. There were 2 tornadoes that hit our home. We only sustained minor damage to trees, home, and property. Many of our neighbors here and to the south in Birmingham and Tuscaloosa were not so fortunate. In your kindness, please remember them in your prayers.

May God bless each of you for your kind prayers for our family!!! I’ll *see* you soon!

  7. It has definitely been a weird spring here! I assume you have power back, right? I live a few miles from the badly hit areas, and it is unbelievable. Seeing toys and kitchen utensils all over the side of the road…well, I have no words. Just tears for all those poor families.
